​박세화 작가는 일상에서 발견한 사물과 현상을 관찰하며 작업한다. 익숙한 사물의 구조와 기능을 다른 시선으로 불필요한 요소를 덜어내 사물의 본질이 드러나는 형태에 관심을 둔다 이러한 과정을 통해 사물과 현상이 가진 새로운 모습과 가능성을 보여주고자 한다.

Park Sehwa observes objects and phenomena encountered in everyday life as the basis of her work. Looking at the structure and function of familiar objects from a different perspective, she is interested in stripping away unnecessary elements to reveal forms in which the essence of an object comes through. Through this process, she seeks to show new aspects and possibilities within familiar objects and phenomena.
